Missed and late cancellation of dental appointments

If you have to cancel your appointment for any reason, please give as much notice as possible. Appointments cancelled without adequate time of notice – at least 24 hours or 48 hours for appointments of 30 minutes or more – will incur a fee.

If you receive NHS care and you miss or cancel two dental appointments, giving less than 24 hours notice, we may not be able to complete your treatment or offer you future NHS care.

Urgent treatment refers to treatment that the dentist considers necessary to relieve severe pain or prevent your oral condition deteriorating before you can make a normal appointment. For out of hours advice, call NHS 111.

Making an NHS dental appointment

We are accepting NHS patients.
You can get free NHS dental treatment if you:

Are under 18

Are 18 and in full-time education

Are pregnant or have had a baby in the 12 months before treatment starts

Receive Income-Based Job Seekers’s Allowance

Receive Income-Related Employment and Support Allowance

Receive Pension Credit Guarantee Credit

Are named on or are entitled to an NHS tax credit exemption certificate, or

Are named on a valid HC2 certificate (full help with health costs)
We see NHS patients on Tuesday and wednesday morning. Please ring us to make an appointment.

From the first time I walked in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and efficient – no long waits, and everything felt clean and well-organised. On my most recent appointment I went in for my wisdom tooth, I was initially put on pain killers and antibiotics to manage it, after a couple days with no improvement the dentist had got me in with a last minute emergency appointment and removed my bottom wisdom tooth on the day. The dentist was patient, thorough, and incredibly gentle throughout my check-up and treatment. He managed to pull the tooth out in no time at all with me experiencing no pain whatsoever. They took the time to explain every step clearly, answered all my questions without rushing, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout. Following the procedure I was given practical, easy-to-follow advice for looking after my teeth at home. I really appreciated how they prioritised my comfort and put me at ease straight away. It’s rare to find a dental team that combines such high-quality care with genuine kindness which makes you feel right at home. Couldn’t recommend them enough, I’ve already referred family and friends numerous times and they and I always go back.

The Dr Reehal & the whole team are friendly, welcoming, and very professional, and they really make you feel comfortable and cared for. The service is excellent, with clear explanations throughout the treatment..It’s obvious that patient care is a top priority here. It’s been a great first experience with this practice — I’m really glad we’ve moved over to them! Be back in 6 months with a smile! 😃
